BresMed Welcomes Jeff Lee as Vice President, U.S. Value Strategy & Services
BresMed today announced the appointment of Jeff Lee, Pharm.D. as Vice-President, US Value Strategy and Services. Dr. Lee brings more than 30 years of experience designing, conducting, evaluating, and applying health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) studies to assess the value of medical technologies and inform healthcare decision making.
In this new role, Dr. Lee will contribute to the growth of BresMed’s US presence, supporting both the ongoing expansion of the team of experts and capabilities. Jeff will serve as a strategic advisor to clients and support BresMed project teams across a range of services, including:
- Early value strategy and evidence planning
- HEOR evidence generation to support new product launch
- US payer/HTA strategy and engagement
- Real-world evidence and post-approval product differentiation.

Following a long career as a senior HEOR leader in the pharmaceutical industry at Allergan and Glaxo where his responsibilities including developing global HEOR and field-based US-payer facing teams, Dr. Lee most recently served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Lipscomb University. He also previously served as Chair of the Format Executive Committee for the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP), where he led development of the AMCP Format for Formulary Submissions 4.0, which provides a framework for the communication of value evidence between manufacturers and population health decision makers. He also led development of fellowship training guidelines in pharmacoeconomics for the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) and was elected as an ACCP Fellow in 2003. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee, subsequently completed a postgraduate fellowship in pharmacoeconomics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
